This is truly a home in which to find sanctuary while relaxing in the
yard, overlooking the ocean. Perfect get away for those who require
close proximity to golf, shopping & restaurants but desire ocean
song to traffic noise! Yard includes covered seating for 4 & 2 lounge
chairs. Use of one car garage is permitted plus 2 driveway spaces. Regular
Season rate $800 p/n.
Ocean Swimming: Small sandy beach on cove, interspersed
rocky areas, beautiful dramatic coastline. ocean is accessed by a short
flight of stairs. Ocean conditions vary according to season. Caution
is always advised.

lanai, ocean view, full bath. TV, VCR/DVD.
